NEON NAPOLEON (Feature)

Work

"NEON NAPOLEON"
Written & Directed by SÜNDERMANN

This feature has been on my mind for a long, long time. First, I was bittersweet to hear that Ridley Scott was doing one on Napoleon because I think it's such an amazing story, but it didn't fully capture the essence of his life.

I want to tell that story on its true scale. To feel the thunder of thousands of horses, the chaos of entire armies colliding, the solitude of a man standing at the edge of his own destiny.

With the arrival of next-generation filmmaking, we can finally imagine sequences of a scale and accuracy that even Ridley Scott could never have afforded. It's an epic journey through ambition, obsession, glory, and downfall. The story of a man who conquered half of Europe.

Feature is currently in scrip development.
